Implement a strategic plan of action that amplifies messaging from stakeholders within the organization. Strengthen the conversation about the importance of donor contribution for YWCA Hartford Region, which helps support the programs that benefit women and girls throughout the greater Hartford, Connecticut area. Produce compelling content for YWCA Hartford region that resonates with the local community and beyond.

Develop content and branding strategies that incentivize donor support for YWCA Hartford Region. Highlight YWCA Hartford Region’s Social Enterprise, Persimmon Petals, whose flower profits are used to help fund the organization’s social programs. Implement a plan of action to secure a highly recognizable speaker for the annual In The Company of Women Luncheon. Drive awareness for the annual In The Company of Women Luncheon by utilizing compelling content. Identify media opportunities for YWCA Hartford Region’s CEO in order to amplify messaging about the organization.
